Call that morning talk to Mark told me he had a good deal for me to come on in. I got two nice new back tires at a good price. I wasn’t in there very long at all. Everybody was very professional and even call the next day to see how I like my tires and was having any problems I would go back again for sure.

Went in to get my new tires mounted and balanced. Every wheel was mounted off from the manufacturer balance marks. This matters cause they used balance beads instead of stick on weights. But I guess it doesn’t matter since they didn’t remove the old stick on weights. Couldn’t drive over 40mph without the steering wheel shaking violently. Asked for a return of payment since there was no way they could balance them (tire balancer wouldn’t work on these tires) manager said best he could do was return 25% of payment. So I’m out $150 all because of incompetence and a disregard to disclose that their tire balancer would not work on the tires I purchased.

Recent customer, I am well pleased. I purchased four new tires, had my steering rack replaced and a front end alignment done today. They were up front with accurate quotes. Great communication I knew the progress on my 2002 buick lesabre through out the entire project. I will be returning again.

My vacuum pump went out and I bought a New GM one to replace it, I took it down to Big O they was able to help switch it and Mark was very Helpful. I kept smelling burning oil and within 2 weeks I lost 3 quarts of oil, I took it back to them and Mark was able to get me in again. They just retorted it down and said let me know if it leaks again. (Which I was thankful) but wouldn’t help out nothing towards the cost of oil I had to have put back in it just doesn’t sit right with me. The manager Brian just wanted to argue about it and try to say it could have been anything even after his tech told him he retighten it down and seen wet oil on it. I figured it wouldn’t be an issue because it was only $35 and not my fault but Brian wouldn’t help and rather argue.

I planned on posting this after my rescheduled appt for today.. but they just called to tell me once again they can't do my alignment this late.. can I come in sooner. lol I said I can't..I work in Louisville smh. We'll try to get you done was the response. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Big O Tires. I scheduled an appointment for both an oil change and an alignment, and even rearranged my work schedule—leaving an hour early and going in early on other days—just to make this appointment. To make matters worse, I had already tried to come in the day before and was told they couldn’t do it then but could handle everything the next day. When I finally came in for my scheduled appointment, they completed the oil change but then told me they couldn’t do the alignment after all. This was the main reason for my visit, and I feel like my time was completely disrespected. If they knew they couldn’t perform the alignment, they should have communicated that upfront instead of letting me go through all the trouble of rearranging my schedule.
